Here I will give you step by step instructions on how to deposit money into a Grab Pay account from your BDO Online account.
STEP 1 - SET UP PAYMENT ON GRAB PAY
1) Sign onto Grab on your phone (you will need WiFi and location turned on)
2) Go to 'Grab Pay' then select 'Top Up'. You should now be in the 'Credits' page.
3) Select Top-Up using -> Bank Methods.
4) On the Top-Up page, first select the top-up amount, then select Online Banking, then press Submit.
5) On the next page, Select BDO Online Banking. You will now get a payment screen.
6) Write down the reference number displayed on the screen. You should also get an email sent to you with this reference number.
STEP 2 - Make Payment on BDO ONLINE ACCOUNT
1) Log onto BDO Online Account. The following instructions assume you are using a laptop.
2) Go to 'Send Money To Any BDO Account'
3) Enter the amount you are sending, then, for destination account, enter the 12-digit account number given in the email sent by Grab. In 'Remarks' enter DragonPay Corporation.
4) Click the 'Submit' button once you have filled in all fields. If you have entered all details correctly you will get a Pop-Up confirmation. Write-down the last part of the reference number given, e.g for PC-20181105-27639857, write down or copy and paste 27639857.
STEP 3 - VALIDATE THE PAYMENT
1) Finally, go back to the email sent by MyTaxi.ph and click on use this link in the email immediately to validate. Then enter the last part of the reference number from above.
Your payment should now go through.
